FCI maintains our global leadership and communications within the
thermal flow, level and temperature instrumentation industry by
providing our customers with the most informative product publications,
participating in trade shows and providing factory service training to
all of our customers.
Customer Articles are published in global
process periodicals such as Control Magazine, Oil & Gas, etc. to focus
on our latest successful product applications. These articles may be
co-authored by our customers who are always part of the applications
solution team.
Customer Newsletters are issued via email to those customers
who have registered on our website or are listed in our database. These
newsletters highlight the latest product developments, application
solutions, trade show schedules, factory product training classes, etc.
Press Releases are published when new products or services are being
offered.
Product Knowledge Workshop are offered to all customers at our
factory. Training classes range from Introductory, Intermediate to
Advanced and include invaluable hand-on product training as well as
product applications and instrument troubleshooting.
Shows & Events list FCI's schedule for participation by factory
personnel and/or our sales representatives. FCI continues to particpate
in the annual ISA show.
