Thank you for you interest in joining FCI at a Product Knowledge Workshop. Please complete the following registration form so that we may better serve you.

FCI will help offset the cost of attending these workshops by providing local hotel accommodations**, refreshments, a lunch each day, and hotel-to-factory shuttle service. Representatives will be responsible for their air and ground transportation to and from San Marcos, CA accommodations, as well as their incidental expenses.

** Up to 4 night stay for the Introductory PKW participants and up to a 3 night stay for the Intermediate PKW participants. Additional nights in excess of the workshop allocation can generally be accommodated but must be paid for by the participants.
