Quality Assurance

FCI’s Quality Assurance Management System has been reviewed, audited and approved by numerous commercial and military aircraft, space, vehicle and marine contractors and approval agencies. 

Following this System, FCI provides the highest quality products, while consistently meeting the quality goals and objectives of our customers. 
   
FCI’s Quality Assurance Management System is documented in Quality Assurance Manual 07QA070003. 

FCI developed and implemented its Quality Management System based on ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, the Quality System Requirements of 14CFR21.303h, and FCI PMA Quality Manual 07QA070004 to support our quality policy. The Manual defines the quality management system. Procedures and work instructions provide additional detail. Procedures address the “what, when and where” and include responsibilities, objectives, and activities for each applicable quality function in the Company. Work instructions provide step-by-step details for performing specific tasks, including criteria for determining compliance.

Customer specific requirements, which are not addressed in the current quality management system, are considered on an individual project/contract/order basis and communicated throughout the organization as required
