How To Order

1. Please review FCI sales literature to select a flow, level or temperature instrument that meets your requirements

2. To request a written proposal, complete an Application Data Sheet (ADS) and Order Information Sheet (OIS) for the selected product and contact your local FCI representative or distributor.

3. When ordering a flow, level and temperature switch or mass flow meter, please complete the appropriate Application Data Sheet (ADS) and Order Information Sheet (OIS). Please provide details on all specifications necessary to meet your process application requirements.

4. When processing your purchase order, please include your purchase order number, a complete model number per the Order Information Sheet (OIS), and a completed Application Data Sheet (ADS) for factory calibrated products. Please issue your purchase order to: Fluid Components International LLC, c/o your local FCI representative. Send all completed order forms to your local FCI representative or distributor for order processing.

5. FCl's acceptance of your purchase order will be confirmed by an order acknowledgement listing an assigned customer order number, pricing, and shipment schedule.
