Product Knowledge Workshop FCI's Product Knowledge Workshop training is offered FREE to customers. The classes cover the thermal dispersion principle of operation, a review of flow instrument applications, flow element installation, wiring and troubleshooting. FCI provides local hotel accommodations, refreshments and lunch at no charge. Attendees provide their own transportation to San Marcos, California.

Our Product Knowledge Workshops can be customized to meet specific customer needs at different levels of Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced training.  Workshops may also be conducted in Spanish upon request.
