FLT200 - FLT201 Flow Switch

The FLT200 Series flow switches are designed for fast, highly repeatable detection and signaling of flow rates above and/or below your targeted flow rate.  These state-of-the-science thermal dispersion technology-based switches are fully field settable by you to trip either single or dual relays as low, high, or low-high, low-low, or high-high, as well as assigning hysteresis and/or time delay into them.  These flow switches are applied in all liquids, including water, hydrocarbons, chemicals, and in air or gases. With their precision, durable all-digital design, user set-up is accomplished through its standard USB link using FCI's FLT200 Series application software or via the optional color, touchscreen LCD touchscreen. In its run-mode, the LCD readout provides continuous color display of the flow switch's state, including both digital and bar graph of current flow status vs. the trip point, showing an alarm condition by changing from normal state of solid green to a flashing red, and much more.

Insertion-style flow switches are for use in pipe diameters (or ducts) from 1" [DN 25] and larger. Inline-style, FCI Models FLT200L and FLT201L are for use in pipes smaller than 1" [DN 25] and low flow applications.
 
  • Model FLT200 is a single-relay (10A), DC powered flow switch
  • Model FLT201 has dual-relays (10A or 0.25A hermetically sealed relays), an optional 4-20mA monitoring output, and is either DC or AC powered, and its transmitter/electronics may be remote mounted.

     Remote:     Optionally available with Models FLT201 and FLT201L. Transmitter/Electronics                                           are remoteable from the flow element up to 1000' [305 m].
